Recipes kids Will Eat
Oh, broccoli. We love you, you know that? We love you charred, roasted, sautéed with a bit of garlic. We love how you taste, we love that Harrison Ford tells jokes about you, and we love that you’re the poster child for healthy eating. Our kids, however? Different story. No matter how many times we use Providers columnist Jenny Rosenstrach’s “eat-this-or-you-won’t-get-that” tactic, it never really seems to work.
We’ve got some good news, though. With Jenny’s help, we’ve realized that all it takes is one gateway recipe to put you, our favorite cruciferous vegetable, in their favor. For her, this restaurant-style Chinese Chicken and Broccoli did the trick. We figured we had some pretty great broccoli somewhere up our sleeves too, so we took the liberty of putting together a few of our favorites in the slideshow above.
